1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Rules) govern the relationship between the Administration of the website “scylax.one” (hereinafter — the Site) and any individual (User) using the Site, including all its sections, services, and functionality.
1.2. The Site is an informational resource providing access to a collection of fairy tales, stories, and related services. The Site is located at: https://scylax.one/en.
1.3. These Rules constitute a public offer. Acceptance of the offer is deemed to occur upon the User taking any action to use the Site: viewing pages, using the AI assistant, leaving comments, or any other interaction. If the User does not agree with the Rules, they must leave the Site immediately.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. Administration — the owner and/or authorized persons managing the Site.
2.2. User — any individual visiting the Site.
2.3. Content — all objects posted on the Site: texts, images, design elements, audio recordings, software code.
2.4. AI Assistant “Skazkin” — an automated service for generating and searching fairy tale plots based on artificial intelligence technologies.
2.5. Comment — an informational message left by the User in designated fields on the Site’s pages.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The User has the right to:
3.1.1. Use the Site free of charge for reading and listening to materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.1.2. Use the comment functionality and the contact form, indicating a Nickname or pseudonym instead of a real name. Providing an email address is not mandatory for posting a comment.
3.2. The User undertakes to:
3.2.1. Refrain from posting messages that violate generally accepted norms of morality and law (insults, spam, pornography, calls to violence, incitement to hatred, etc.).
3.2.2. Refrain from attempting to hack, disrupt the Site’s operability, or access others’ data.
3.2.3. Refrain from using the AI Assistant to generate prohibited content, as specified in clause 3.2.1.
3.3. The Administration has the right to:
3.3.1. Delete or edit comments and messages that violate these Rules without prior notice.
3.3.2. Unilaterally make changes to the design, content, and functionality of the Site.
3.3.3. Use an automated system for collecting anonymized data (data that does not allow personal identification) for traffic analysis purposes.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. The texts of fairy tales, images, logos, and design of the Site are objects of copyright and are protected by law. Copying of materials without the written permission of the Administration is permitted only for personal, non-commercial use with a mandatory active link to the source.
4.2. By posting a comment, the User grants the Administration a royalty-free right to display and store it as part of the Site’s functionality.
4.3. Rights to plots generated by the AI Assistant “Skazkin” belong to the User who generated them, provided they comply with these Rules. The Administration may use anonymized generation statistics to improve the service.
5. Use of the AI Assistant “Skazkin”
5.1. The service is provided “as is.” The Administration does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or conformity of the generated texts to the User’s expectations.
5.2. Automated data collection (scraping) from the AI Assistant without the Administration’s explicit consent is prohibited.
6. Liability
6.1. The Administration is not responsible for the content of comments and messages left by Users. The Administration’s opinion may not coincide with the opinions of comment authors.
6.2. The Administration is not responsible for possible temporary technical failures of the Site, nor for the content of external resources whose links may be posted in comments.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This Agreement takes effect upon publication on the Site and is valid indefinitely. The Administration may make amendments, of which the User will be informed by updating the publication date.
